Matt is above and beyond personable! He had all the information we needed on our Durango. He also went above and beyond when he drove 4 hrs, through a snow storm to deliver the vehicle to us!! We highly recommend this dealership!!

The folks at Associated Sales & Leasing are GREAT to work with! The customer service has been outstanding. We have always brought our vehicles in for service work and have always been pleased with the results. These guys know their stuff and they do great work at fair price. Purchased a truck from this dealer. They’re located an hour away from me and offered to bring the truck to my workplace so I could check it out. They also gave me an offer on my trade in. Everything looked great and the owner was great to work with. He was great to deal with and was able to move on the price to get the deal done. When I decided to purchase the next day, they brought the truck back within a couple hours and closed the deal in my office. Huge convenience and time savings for me! Everything about working with them was exceptional and professional. Great business that has mastered customer service.

Just picked up what I think is my 4th vehicle from Matt. We lived and worked in Marshfield for many years and had the great pleasure of dealing with Matt and his staff several times. Each time, he was able to find just what we wanted and kept us in the price range. They were great to work with each time that we have been there. We moved over two hours away and never doubted that we would continue to purchase our vehicles from Associated. They are the best.

Matt and his team at Associated Sales are by far the best car dealership I have ever dealt with. From my first inquiry on whether or not my vehicle was available, Matt and his team’s sole focus was my needs. Every effort was made to assure that the entire experience ran smoothly. Having never bought a vehicle from out of state, I was a little apprehensive, but Matt’s professionalism quickly put my mind at ease. His efforts in making sure the vehicle met my expectations, coordinating its delivery, and than following-up weeks later to make sure that all was good really was above and beyond the call of duty. Another customer described Matt as “the most caring, customer-service oriented used car dealer there is”. He is 100% accurate. Pete was highly recommended to us by one of his previous customers. Pete guided us in the absolute best direction possible when determining what type of vehicle to purchase, and he met our needs by listening and providing honest, practical options. “Man of integrity” and “used car dealer” are rarely synonymous, but Matt Berrier is the most caring, customer-service oriented used car dealer there is! He went out of his way repeatedly to accommodate my needs. The staff at Associated are also friendly, courteous and service oriented: great people to deal with.
