Amazing dealership and great customer service, Matt and the rest of the team at ASL has helped me in every way possible with any questions or work that needed to be done to my truck. I told them what I wanted in a car and price I wanted to pay and they found me the perfect car and a great price! I was in a hurry due to work and they made sure everything was taken care of in time! They even helped me get my car out of a snow bank a week after I bought it!

Over the years I have purchased quite a few vehicles from this dealership. Every time I have been there I was treated great. The staff take every effort to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you are looking for a car in the central Wisconsin area you should stop here.

We purchased the exact auto we were looking for in excellent condition for a better than great price. Ben and his father gave us a terrific deal on our trade in and the entire transaction time was less than two hours out the door. They stood by the 60 day warranty also; involved minor items. They have the product, sales, and service second to none! Recommend anyone in the automobile market go there; honesty and courteous at it’s best.

Matt at Associated Sales and Leasing helped make a difficult and stressful situation a little bit smoother with all of his assistance. He was able to find a van for my family to use as a rental in a moment’s notice, worked around our very difficult schedule to meet with us to determine what we wanted in our new vehicle and searched high and low to make sure we were able to purchase exactly what we wanted. The service has been exceptional during the high stress time and continues to be so after. We highly recommend ASL to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle not only because of the exceptional value but also the fantastic customer service.

This is not our first trip to Associated Sales we purchased our first vehicle from them 10 years ago. Pete Lotzer was the sales rep and he was very helpful, friendly and no pressure, my husband hates pressure salesmen. We bought a Pontiac Vibe and have loved every drive. We have been talking about needing to replace our Eurovan as the body is rusting out, thanks to Wisconsin winters, and the high mileage after 15 years. So I knew what I wanted in my next car. I spent many hours looking through cars on line and I really didn’t see anything I wanted to go out and look at. The price was way out there and after 10 years the cost of a new vehicle is absurd.
I happened to be driving past ASL as it is on my way home and noticed they had a Kia Sedona in the lot. My sister has a Kia Soul and a Sarento, we drove her Soul for a week while visiting her in Arizona and really liked the ride and the power of the car. My husband has driven a Kia at work and has really liked the ride. So we had a day off from work and I suggested that we take a test drive even thoughwe were a little sticker shocked. He loved it and I found it to be just what I wanted in a new van.
After 10 years I still had Pete Lotzer’s business card in my wallet so we specifically asked for Pete as we knew he offers service above and beyond what we have found at other dealerships. He was still there and we got the service we were expecting from Pete. He made the purchase easy and when I found something wrong he went right to work to fix it and told me to let him know if there is anything else I need.
My husband wants to know if we will come back when he needs his next car? I told him as long as Pete is still there, I am sure we will be back when the time comes.
Thanks to all of the ASL staff for the best experience in purchasing a new car. Thanks for showing that customer service is more than just the $ale.

When it comes to all aspects of dealing with a vehicle, the staff as ASL make every part of the process as painless as possible. We were on the market for a new vehicle recently, the staff took the time to truly listen to use and when it was determined they didn’t have the vehicle we desired on the lot, they sat down with us to shop the various locations/auctions they deal with. Once we located our “dream vehicle” the staff assured all of our questions where answered before we put in the bid to get the vehicle. The best part was that Matt invited us down the day of the auction and let us watch first hand and experience the buying process. In the end, there were no gimmicks or hidden fees. When the day came to sign the papers, the staff made sure we clearly understood everything and wouldn’t allow us to sign the papers unless we were 100% satisfied. We LOVE our new vehicle and will continue to work with ASL when it comes to our future vehicle needs. You won’t find a more caring and honest team then the team at ASL!!

We bought our 1st vehicle from Matt at ASL in 1995, another in 2002, and the last one in August. The cars have been excellent, long lasting (10 – 15 years each), and the purchase process open and honest. The last car was a 2003 van that replaced our 2002. ASL doesn’t usually deal with cars that old but the previous owner had had it serviced at ASL for about 7 or 8 years and traded it in on a newer one, so Matt & the gang knew it well. It was exceptionally clean. We were happy. Shortly, about 3 weeks,after purchase it developed electrical problems that was very, very difficult to diagnose and repair. Matt and ASL far exceeded our expectations in helping us deal with the inconvenience and expense of the extended repair process with loaners when needed, empathy, and a constant upbeat and reassuring attitude. If you’re looking for a used car dealer with integrity and one you can trust,you can’t do better than ASL.

When searching for a car this is one dealership that is open and honest. They are willing to listen to your questions and concerns. They went through every aspect of the car to make sure comfortable driving and know where to find things. Would recommend the dealer to ALL! When I am in need of a new car will be going back!

My wife and I are new to the area. We were stranded and had an urgent car repair need for a vehicle we did not purchase from this dealership. Associated went above and beyond by sending a mechanic and were able to fit us in immediately. They gave us a loaner vehicle, no questions asked, so we could get back and forth to work without headaches.They worked hard to investigate the matter until they found the solution. They were wonderful to us and treated us like family. Matt Barrier, especially, was genuine and extremely accommodating! We will give them our future business. You don’t forget people who treat you right!
