We bought our first new car thru associated. We had went to a few other dealerships and they really didn’t care what we wanted or the cost. They just tried pushing us into buying anything they had on their lot! Matt was totally different. Not only did he give us a chance when our credit wasn’t “the best” but he also went out of his way to find us the car that we wanted. And the care and respect we got from him during the whole process was absolutely amazing! We weren’t just a sale, we were people! Roughly a year later our son wanted to purchase a newer vehicle as well. We went to Matt with the idea and not two weeks later he was calling us with options for him. He bought his car there as well and we are all just loving our new vehicles! We will NEVER go anywhere else or suggest anywhere else to any of our family and friends. Associated Sales is the place everyone should go to if you want to get your moneys worth, be treated with respect, and have a salesman who actually cares about his customers!

Pete was very helpful and great to work with as he tracked down the vehicle we were looking for. Very pleasant experience for my husband and I when we had bad experiences elsewhere. My used car was clean and ready to go when we went to pick it up, and Pete took the time to show me how to work everything. Thanks Pete for all your hard work to find us what we wanted!

We drove about 3 hours from Minnesota to Associated Sales & Leasing on the good faith that the car was going to be as described online and over the phone with Ben and Pete. We were happy to see that the car met and exceeded the description! Pete was upfront, stayed past normal business hours to help us, made sure the car was detailed, filled with gas/ready to go, and was very accommodating!! We would definitely recommend Associated Sales & Leasing because of the excellent customer service and experience!

When I first walked in they treated me like a VIP. It did not matter if it was Matt, Ben, or Pete it was like being part of a family, which made it very easy to communicate to them what I was looking for. They were able to find two different trucks to look at in a very short time and were more than fair on my trade in. Anybody looking for an upgrade in their vehicle should give this dealership the opportunity to help find it for you. Overall great experience and I would especially like to thank Ben for finding the truck of my dreams.

Our salesman Pete was very honest and was the only one of any of the major dealers in town to not try to sell us a car that was out of our price range. Very knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy.

What a wonderful experience we had with Matt and Ben! We were making a 2 hour drive to come look at a vehicle. Not only were the pictures of the vehicle accurate, but Matt spent the time on the phone to go over every last detail to ensure we were not disappointed when we arrived. We were very impressed and will for sure return when it is time to look for another vehicle. They made buying a car very easy.

I have purchased three vehicles over the past two years from ASL and each one has been a pleasant experience. Not only are they easy going and friendly during the sale but also go above and beyond after the sale. I have dealt with many dealers over the years but nothing compares to ASL in how they handle the sales transaction they are very professional, friendly, and easy going making it a much more enjoyable sales experience. They also go out of there way for service by arranging to pickup my vehicles while I am at work to get them into service which is such a huge convenience compared to taking time off of work to get service done in Wausau. I had a sunroof on a truck that was problematic and instead of turning me away to figure it out on my own they took the time and effort to have it corrected by a 3rd party service professional. The team at ASL are great and I look forward to working with them on future purchases, you wont be disappointed.

My husband and I continue to shop at Associated Sales time after time. We have purchased 3 vehicles and they continue to service them as needed. Pete and Matt are very accommodating and even pick up our vehicle from my husbands work! By the time he leaves the car is there with whatever service completed. We are always greeted with a smile and have never been steered wrong. The guidance of the service department is very down to earth and knowledgable! We will never buy another vehicle of any other dealer!

Associated Sales and Leasing always goes above and beyond! They are personable and always completely up front when answering questions. They provide great service even after purchasing a vehicle. I will continue to go back to them for service of my vehicle and any other car purchases in the future.
