Bottom line you absolutely get your moneys worth when you deal with Matt and his crew! And better, more genuine people would be very hard to find indeed. Our truck was getting up there in miles and years and we thought we might as well start looking so we could get an idea of what was out there and what prices were like. Our friend had bought a truck from them and was very pleased about the purchase so my husband and I decided to drive through the lot just to see. We were both relieved that there wasn’t a salesman hovering nor were there a bunch of salesmen standing around ignoring us either which seems to be the way it is a lot of times at other places we’ve stopped to window shop. We looked at two different trucks, read the stickers, and were talking to each other when someone came asked if we would like to test drive it. That’s it, no boasting of how great it was, no hey we are having the best sale or any of the other pressure/annoying stuff we were expecting, just would we like to take her for a spin. We weren’t planning on it but we said yes. Wow it was such a smooth ride we even took it home to see if it would fit in the garage! Like I said our truck was old with high mileage and driving the 2011 Chevy Silverado was a difference of night and day. It was so nice we were both sure that there was no way we could afford it but it is always nice to dream. When we got back to the dealership I felt like we should at least see what they had to say since we did test drive it. We certainly weren’t expecting to actually buy the truck that day. Matt took us through the whole process, he was so patient and professional and kind and Honest – even showed us the paper work of what they paid at auction and what they had spent on the truck since. We are still amazed by how we were treated. He treated us like we mattered not as a sale but as people. He spent way after quitting time on a Saturday, even buying us lunch, going over everything with us to make sure that this truck met our needs and fit our life and that we were happy. He took the time to go over different options on payments such as trade in values, no trade in, money down, no money down etc. He never made us feel rushed, never made us feel like we were a bother in anyway- even when we asked the same questions over and over again. For us it was a huge major purchase and Matt understood that and really made sure we felt in control and comfortable. We firmly believe that Matt and his team at Associated Sales and Leasing must be the best kept secret in Marshfield because we cant imagine why anyone would go anywhere else. Today 6/11/13 is a month that we have had the truck and I still feel like pinch me this cant possibly be my truck! We are just so grateful to Matt and his team. My husband has taken his work truck to Associated for an oil change and he was impressed by how he was treated and by how fast he was in and out even though they took the time to tell him what maintenance was recommended. They sure keep on top of things! And even if you didn’t buy your vehicle from them they will pick up your vehicle and bring it back to you once they perform service on it, oil change or whatever needs to be done. I just took my truck in to be detailed last Saturday as someone was spray painting on a windy day and some of the paint got on the truck. The detail man was simply wonderful! The truck looks fantastic and feels so smooth! I cant recommend Matt and his team enough, you really wont be sorry! We haven’t had a second of buyers remorse, in fact we feel so blessed to have found somewhere we can take all of our vehicles that will take care of us!

I saw the van I bought posted online. I was a little hesitant to proceed since the dealership was 2.5 hours from my house. I was able to discuss the van and pricing with Pete over the phone. He then offered to meet me half way to look at it in person and test drive it. The first thing Pete did when meeting was to point out things that weren’t obvious in the online post (scratches, etc.). I found that very upfront. After the test drive I agreed to purchase the van and mentioned that I didn’t think the back vents were working. Pete contacted me the next day to tell me that the vents were indeed not working, and that he already had the replacement part on order. He then told me that on his drive back from the test drive he noticed a tire was humming from being out of round. He had a replacement on order for that too (other tires only had a few miles on them so a single replacement was OK). As mentioned, this was AFTER I already signed for the vehicle. If that wasn’t enough, Pete arranged to drop the vehicle off at my place of work in Green Bay. I never actually made it to the dealership. I was very impressed from start to finish with both Pete and the dealership he represented. I also love the van. I would highly recommend them to anyone, even if you don’t live in the area.

I purchased a used Nissan Pathfinder at Associated Sales from Matt. The price was great and Matt was great to work with. Shortly after purchasing it, we started to have problems with the cruise control. Associated worked and worked on the problem, all the while they provided me with a rental car to use while they figured out what was wrong. It turned out to be a bad transmission, which they replaced for me. They went above and beyond in order to make sure my car was working.

I have worked with Matt and he can get you pretty much any car you want at a price thats lower than any other dealership. I just have to put up with his sense of humor or lack there of. haha. We’ve all heard the used car salesman jokes and have in our heads the typical “used car salesman” type. After buying over the years 4 vehicles from ASL and having all our service performed there, I can not say enough positive about this place. We are ALWAYS treated with respect, and they do everything possible to meet our needs. Customer service is top shelf, prices are more than competitive and I have complete trust and confidence in their service department. I bought a Ford Mustang from Associated Sales and Leasing, Pete Lotzer was great to work with. He was very patient and knowledgeable and the environment was not one of high pressure sales. When it came to purchasing our next family vehicle we did a lot of research on the internet and drove through a number of lots to see our options. We have always been happy with the service work that we have had completed at Associated Sales and Leasing over the years. We were equally impressed when starting to look for our next vehicle with the options that Associated Sales and Leasing had on their lot/website. The staff took the time to listen to what we were looking for in our next vehicle and why certain things were important to our family. We were encouraged to drive multiple SUV’s to assure we were making an informed decision and best decision for our family. The staff were very knowledgeable about each of the vehicles. When we narrowed our search down Matt encouraged us to take the vehicle home overnight to better familiarize ourselves with it to assure it would work for our family. When it came to discussing price Associated Sales and Leasing prices were very competitive with other dealerships in the area, however, ASL’s vehicles tended to have more options with their vehicles. After the purchase they also took the time to educate us about the differenct features and set it up. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
